MY STORY

Hi I’m Nisha, the Creator and owner of MadAri Fashions. I appreciate you stopping by to learn more about my company, mission and fundraising with my jewelry & gifts.

First things first, the meaning of MadAri Fashions is a combination of names of two very special people to me. Mad is short for Madhu which is my lovely grandmother and Ari is short for Ariya, my daughter and my grandmother’s first great grandchild.

My grandmother has always played a very special role in my life. She raised me while my parents were working so hard to provide food on the table and clothing for us to wear. She was always a great supporter and motivator for everything I did or wanted to achieve.

My grandmother was diagnosed with stage four cancer again and fought hard! But left to a better place in Heaven in 2018. It’s been tough not having her with me in person but I always feel her loving spirit around me.

Growing up, I’ve always loved jewelry & accessories but because money was tight, I was not fortunate to purchase everything I wanted. So, I started crafting things and made my imaginations come true.

Starting a beautiful jewelry line for women, teenagers, children and men was my dream, and I wanted it to be affordable to reach many without sacrificing quality & safety. Anyone that knows me, knows that I am a “quality snob” and took a while to thoroughly research and find vendors that met my needs of supplies that are made from high quality, safe (lead & cadmium free) and hypoallergenic materials while also being affordable and safe. I was also raised to give back and I’m honoring my grandmother by giving a portion of my sales to their charities for to cancer research and helping families in need of aid for treatments.
